Our work is dedicated to helping ALL people develop healthy, satisfying, productive, and meaningful lives. Though it can be difficult to make the decision to begin therapy, we have found that those who have sought help and take responsibility for their emotional health and relationships have achieved remarkable results. People come to us for a variety of reasons: they may be in transition, experiencing work stress, grieving a loss, struggling with religious or family ideals which no longer suit them, a new parent experiencing anxiety. Some have begun to feel daily life is stagnant, seeking more direction and purpose in their lives.

Open-minded, honest, kind, and collaborative are some words clients have used to describe our work. We're passionate about helping folks understand themselves more deeply, gain awareness, and learn ways to cope more effectively. For couples, we help break cycles of interaction causing distress, guiding as they build a safe, intimate, and loving connection.

We are a team of diverse and social-justice oriented licensed therapists. Clients experience us as authentic, compassionate, and relatable, where exploration and discovery is fostered through partnership and respect (and at times humor, too!)
