My training is in the areas of anxiety and depressive disorders, relationship issues, trauma issues, women’s issues (infertility and postpartum), and developmental transitions. I use a therapeutic approach that reflects eclectic influences derived from my training in cognitive-behavioral, EMDR, person-centered, and family systems. I view problems as generally being developmental in nature, and approach each person, couple, or family in a unique fashion.

Taking an evidenced-based, client-centered, and cognitive-behavioral (CBT) or EMDR approach, I aim to provide a safe and supportive space where we can collaborate and work at your own pace to help you reach your goals.
