Trinity Center has been committed to helping people for over forty years. Our counselors and psychologists work with adults, adolescents and children experiencing a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, adjustment and life transitions, relationship issues, family of origin issues and identity concerns. Our goal is to help clients address their individual concerns so that they can live full, engaged lives. In addition to counseling, we offer psychoeducational assessment and spiritual direction services.
Our staff is committed to providing an environment where clients feel valued and supported on their path to wellbeing. We value diversity, operate holistically and invite clients to incorporate spirituality into their counseling if they wish to do so. Trinity Center is located downtown in a lovely, historic home with a cozy feel.

Therapy Group for Therapists
This group is specifically designed for counselors and therapists who want support from others who can empathize with their experiences. This process group will also help uncover and promote understanding of relational dynamics, communication styles, and roles in interpersonal relationships.
