My name is Rochelle Rheingans. I am a Licensed Practicing Clinical Counselor. I have been working in private practice for nine years now. I recently decided to establish my own office and do telehealth in order to be able to stay home and work, spend more time with family and avoid the long commute. I am a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead and Adler Graduate School. I have worked in one agency from graduation in 2012, until very recently. I have built a client-base from various folks from various walks of life. I enjoy working with people of varying diagnoses and life challenges.

We work with individuals of all ages with anxiety, mood and related issues across the lifespan. When working with younger children, we meet with parents without the child for the first evaluation session, and then meet with the child individually during the second evaluation session.Our center also routinely works with college-aged and young adult clients. Here, our therapists incorporate components of therapy geared specifically to this age group: identity development, fostering independence and autonomy, and helping clients navigate the challenges experienced during their transition into adulthood.

Hey there, my name is Alyssa and I use she/they pronouns. I am a queer, neurodivergent marriage and family therapy intern. My specialty is with couples, families, and teens/adolescents. As of right now I do not have any space for individual adults, but will again in 2025. I connect with clients through humor, playfulness, and art-making, which I believe can help work through challenges that life can throw at us. In my opinion, art therapy is not about making profound art but is a tool to help process feelings and discover something new.

Jess Holly received her Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from the University of Minnesota and went on to earn a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the U of M. Jess previously worked for a children’s community mental health agency in Minneapolis and surrounding areas where she provided in-home therapeutic support to children and their families facing serious and persistent mental and behavioral health challenges. Jess also has experience treating adults with anxiety and depression.

I have been working with kids, teens, and families for over ten years. Whether it has been in a children’s hospital, an intensive program, or a small community practice, I have continued to learn and grow alongside my patients.
