Life can be really challenging at times, but you don't have to face it alone. I have a true passion for helping people tap into their inner strengths, and move beyond the negative thought and behavior patterns that get in the way of living a healthy balanced life. I use an integrative framework, drawing from EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other treatment approaches, tailored to meet each person where they are at in their own unique journey towards growth and healing.
I work with ages 18 and up, and have a special interest in anxiety, depression, grief, and trauma treatment. I am EMDR Certified through EMDRIA, and a MN Board Approved LPCC Supervisor.
