I listen attentively and, more importantly, I provide you with insight, guidance, and skills to effectively make the changes you desire. In person Newbury St. or telehealth sessions are available. For couples therapy, I work to enhance your connection, resolve conflicts, improve communication, cultivate trust and intimacy, enhance sexual chemistry and romance, and become more compassionate partners. Recovery from affairs is a further specialization.
Utilizing Integrative therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness, I customize your visits to resonate with your unique personality. Specialties include the treatment of anxiety, work-life balance, relationship issues, and self-esteem/ self-image. Selected readings and exercises are provided to facilitate your progress.
Trained at Columbia University, I provide anecdotes and insight offering perspective with a sense of humor. Personally, I am a father of four, happily married, enjoy running, cooking, baking, music and practice yoga and meditation.
