Though people come to see me for a broad range of concerns (e.g., anxiety, sport/performance improvement, sleep difficulties, relationship concerns), I particularly enjoy working with people during times of transition and change. For example, the adjustment to college, transitioning into first jobs after school, trying to start a family or becoming a parent, as well as divorce/separation. I am particularly dedicated in my work to making space for LGBTQ+ persons during these periods of transition, such as commitment or marriage, or trying to start a family, which can include additional barriers and stressors.
