I can offer you the professionalism of high quality therapy mixed with my own joy and passion for working with people.
I work with with trauma, anxiety/panic, depression, attachment, feelings of abandonment, life transitions, relationship struggles, chronic pain and issues of self-worth. I find personal strength in my own Christian faith and will integrate faith principles into therapy, at your request.
I have specialized training in EMDR, Somatic EMDR (Natural Processing). and IFS (Internal Family Systems).
