As a Marriage and Family Therapist rooted in the Christian faith, I integrate psychological and Biblical perspectives into my practice. This approach allows for a unique therapeutic method that considers the body, soul, and spirit. In addition to "talk" therapeutic modalities, I target trauma by utilizing Brainspotting, EFTT, and body technique.

I work with clients struggling with relationships issues, past traumas, and anxiety/depression. During out initial sessions, we will discover the deeper reasons why they may be struggling, beyond what they may think or feel.
