Do you ever wish someone truly understood what you're going through? Relationships are hard. Life is hard. Being alone in it is even harder. As a Marriage and Family Therapist rooted in the Christian faith, I integrate psychological and Biblical perspectives into my practice. This approach allows for a unique therapeutic method that considers the body, soul, and spirit. In addition to "talk" therapeutic modalities, I target trauma by utilizing Brainspotting, EFTT, and body technique.
