Many of my clients have had similar struggles with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt, trauma histories, or difficulty feeling comfortable in relationships.

I am interested in helping you trust yourself and your decisions, to feel greater ease in connecting in relationships, and to escape the barrage of self-critical thoughts. To also feel more care-free, in the moment, and able to enjoy everyday life without the past, worries, or trauma haunting you. I can help with this.

I offer an approach that combines evidence-based and creative experiential modalities that are often more effective than talk-therapy alone, particularly for those who feel they get trapped in their heads.
