I see clients virtually, as well as at my two offices in Central Park and Cherry Creek. Within the context of a supportive therapeutic relationship, we will work together to develop insight, understanding, and most importantly, lasting, meaningful change for you or your couple. I offer psychotherapy for a range of issues including emotional difficulties, relationship issues, divorce consultation, major life events, mental health concerns, or everyday stress. We will work together to meet your goals, obtain relief, and enrich your life. I also offer divorce support classes at my Cherry Creek location.

I offer support to individuals who are seeking guidance around navigating divorce. In addition, I offer groups and classes to support my clients in creating community, structured support, and affordable help. Ex-pat issues are of unique interest after having lived abroad in Argentina, Spain & Thailand.

Narcissistic Abuse Support Groups

We are offering two separate groups to support individuals through this uniquely impactful abuse. In the group you will receive trauma-informed support as well as tools and approaches to manage and overcome its impacts and move forward in your life. There are two separate groups that meet on the second and forth Wednesdays of each month at 12-1:30pm and 6-7:30pm. A phone interview is required to participate and there is currently a waitlist for both groups.
