My approach to therapy is to create a space where you feel free from judgment and can work alongside your therapist to reach the goals you set. My therapy approach is direct yet compassionate. As a clinician who provides telehealth, I have the privilege of seeing clients who live across the entirety of North Carolina.
I offer EMDR for individuals impacted by trauma and utilize an integrative approach while focusing on the mind-body connection. You are the expert in your life, and I respect your expertise and look forward to building a therapeutic relationship with you! I offer therapeutic services to address many complicated areas of a person's life.

I have experience in a wide range of mental health disorders, however, I do specialize in trauma, women's issues, grief and loss and work with parents of medically complicated children.
