I work with couples and individuals who feel overwhelmed and unsure of their relationships. My clients often struggle with sexual and emotional intimacy. If you've endured relational trauma, it may be difficult to feel safe and trust in others. I understand how difficult this can be. I use a genuine, unbiased approach to ensure my clients feel comfortable fully expressing themselves. I can assist with sexual and complex trauma, exploring attachment styles, creating healthy boundaries, managing anxiety, and more. Together, we'll discover how harmonious relationships and personal healing are within reach.
I use an attachment lens to help clients better understand their relationship patterns. Learning mindfulness skills can aid in grounding a dysregulated nervous system. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) is a trauma treatment that allows your mind and body to work through difficult memories and provide present-day relief in record time.
