I work with adults who are dealing with a variety of things such as depression or anxiety, relationship issues, low self esteem/chronic shame.
Rather than being the "expert" in the room, I work -with you- so that together we can build more awareness and find the right supports for YOU. I believe without awareness and acceptance we cannot find change and release from painful patterns.
I am LGBTQ+ and non-dominant lifestyle affirming as well as am trauma trained in several modalities.
