About

For the past 15 years, I have worked with children, youth, and families in a variety of settings. Most recently, my primary focus has been helping parents of young children strengthen their parenting skills, develop healthy coping mechanisms, model self-care, and break the cycle of multi-generational trauma.
I am a client-centered, attachment-focused therapist, who uses a variety of different therapeutic modalities (+ psychoeducation, resources, and tools) depending on which will best suit your unique needs. I want to help you get to the root of your problem(s), so you can cultivate the life you want to be living, and grow into the person you dream of becoming.
My therapeutic approach is highly relational, collaborative, and eclectic. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with a safe space where we can identify what is working for you, explore areas of needed growth, and work together to overcome your current challenges using evidence-based practices.
