My ideal client is feeling brave enough to learn how to compassionately feel the pain and discomfort that they've been avoiding. I work with all kinds of people; doctors, teachers, lawyers, therapists, entrepreneurs, sex workers, CEOs, stay at home parents, sales people, college kids, artists, construction workers, parents. If you're ready to take the journey of self discovery; I'm ready to be your guide. My goal is to help lead you towards self-compassion, self-love, and to be self-led.
I use therapies that are evidence-based and focus on healing the root of your pain. I combine EMDR, IFS, and ACT to help clients heal generational, childhood, and recent trauma. These therapies focus on healing your negative beliefs about yourself and the world; leading to a more connected and meaningful life.
I know how hard it can feel to be stuck in a pattern you cant seem to break. I've been there; I've felt hopeless, afraid, powerless. I want to let you know that trauma therapy can make lasting changes in your life. It sure did in mine! I am rooting for you! If you're ready, I'd love to hear from you. You can contact me through my website.
