Childhood trauma and attachment wounds often show up later in life as roadblocks to connection. As a somatic IFS therapist, I hold space for my clients to get to know these stuck parts and offer tools and strategies to increase embodiment and nervous system regulation. My niche is supporting neurodivergent individuals and their relationships, particularly around sexual and gender identity exploration, pleasure, and dating. I am an LGBTQIA+, Kink, and PolyA affirming therapist.

When clients can more easily identify and attune to their emotions, they are more present and engaged in their lives and able to form more meaningful connections. I help clients reconnect with their bodies and experience the interconnection of their thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations.
