We all have struggles we carry with us: painful experiences, the feelings of being unlovable or unworthy, sadness, fear, shame. We might feel the weight of trauma in our bodies and spirits. We might feel depressed, anxious. We might wonder what we can do, we might not know where to start – we just know that we need a new direction. We can learn tools to help us express compassion to ourselves to untangle and untie the knots in our minds and hearts, and we can learn how to live more authentic, bold lives.

Healing is like throwing a pebble in the pond. When it happens, the change and growth the person/persons experience in therapy spreads to the people they love and their communities.
