Utilizing EFIT, EFCT, IFS and Sandtray, I help clients heal from trauma, while offering a compassionate approach to grief and loss. I assist individuals in adapting to life transitions with resilience by providing guidance and empowering resources. My aim is to promote positive change, greater self-acceptance, inner harmony, freedom and authentic expression.
