People encounter many different challenges in everyday life. Some benefit from assistance that comes from outside of the home or work site. Treatment works when a person feels heard and respected while in the presence of a positive and safe therapeutic alliance. My experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and with families through a variety of life challenges and issues over the years. Some, but not all of those are listed in either the specialty or treatment sections. If you are seeking support with something that isn't listed, please give me a call to talk about what it is that are you looking for.
You and I will form a therapeutic alliance in which you can feel safe, heard, and understood while we choose the most appropriate plan to resolve what you seek help with. Integrative therapy combines techniques from therapy approaches such as person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, mindfulness, or energy psychology when needed.
Feel free to contact me if you would like to talk about how we might work together. I prefer in-office appointments but also have a private web-based platform that I use for scheduled tele-health sessions for those people who may be unable to come to the office.
