I pride myself in being a dynamic therapist with a desire to heal, motivate and guide my clients. I enjoy working with a diverse client base, as this is what it takes to succeed in our culture that is constantly changing and growing. My office is designed to provide comfort, kindness, insight and encouragement. My therapeutic model is grounded in social work, psychology, art, and biology. I have been a licensed clinical social worker for over 20 years, with experience in mental health, medicine and agriculture.

I currently provide counseling services for individuals (adolescence through adults), couples, and groups. In the creation of films, tv shows, video games, and other mediums, storyboards are used to show potential events of a story, a “rough draft” in images of what is going to happen. Some panels on a storyboard are locked in and cannot be changed. However, there are many elements of a story that can evolve and change in its making.

I maintain that everyone is their own best expert. It is my belief that we are are designed to heal through relationships. I am a therapist, but foremost, I am a person who engages others in conversations in attempt to make their lives better. It is my goal to use my skills to help open doors for others to see their own strengths, to feel empowered, and to become liberated. I have availability every other week beginning 5 Apr. We don’t expect people to climb Mt. Everest alone, so why do we expect people to handle their mental health alone? The mountain to regaining a better sense of who you are and to create a more balanced life can be overwhelming, and if done by yourself, can be down right scary.
