In my private practice, I help adolescents, young adults and families improve their overall mental health and relationships. My approach has its foundation in principles of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed practices.
My past professional experience and training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) at McLean Hospital has enhanced my specialized treatment of adolescents, young adults and families coping with mood and anxiety disorders as well as significant emotional dysregulation.
