Hi, my name is Joanne Nitchman, LMFT. I am genuine, empathic and authentic. I can incorporate my life experiences in a way that helps people navigate anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, grief and loss. I use a Cognitive Behavior Therapy approach along with being person centered. I also can provide EMDR and Brainspotting. I am a young therapist who is passionate about helping people who are struggling with life's issues. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and anger management. Growing up as teenager and young adult I experienced many of these afflictions myself and have dedicated my work towards helping those suffering from the same things.
