About
Is anger, stress, depression, or anxiety getting in the way of having the life you want? Are you having difficulty moving forward after a stressful event? Do you want to change behaviors or relationship patterns that are no longer working for you? If any of this sounds familiar, please give me a call. I help clients identify effective coping skills that can significantly improve their ability to deal with situational or emotional stress. My commitment is to provide a therapeutic environment that helps you reach your highest potential for wellness.
I offer a cognitive approach in a warm, accepting therapeutic space. I work with anxiety, depressive symptoms, anger and stress management, lifestyle and relationship issues, in addition to providing a safe space for people of faith. Together we'll examine thought and behavioral patterns, and lifestyle choices to promote a healthy brain and balanced life.
I believe that a supportive, respectful, and trusting relationship between you and your therapist is necessary for the effectiveness of therapy. Please call to see if we would be a good fit and that you feel comfortable in scheduling a first appointment. I look forward to speaking with you.
