I am a young therapist who is passionate about helping people who are struggling with life's issues. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, and anger management. Growing up as a teenager and young adult I experienced many of these afflictions myself and have dedicated my work towards helping those suffering from the same things. If you need help solving life's problems or just becoming the best version of yourself, I can help you. I specialize in adolescents, teens, and young adults, but am open to working with all ages.

I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach with my clients. I use EMDR therapy to process past difficulties and I also use an ACT therapy model mixed with positive psychology to help my clients improve their lives and move forward. With proper care and support anyone can flourish and it is my mission to help you along the journey to excellence.
