Often times these patterns keep us from aligning with our highest good. I have a strong belief that all people possess amazing interpersonal strengths that can be accessed to support them in reaching their goals. I am interested in assisting you with accessing your internal power. I specialize in assisting people to overcome old programming using Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) to build self-esteem, and enhance positive coping skills.
I use a warm, strength based, authentic approach to assist individuals in understanding. I use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). I also use a holistic spiritual approach in my practice, while showing respect to your individual needs using a non-judgmental culturally sensitive style.
I view the time I spend with each individual as a sacred experience, as I am being permitted to assist in your personal journey. I look forward to supporting you in making positive changes that could assist you in feeling more vibrant again.
