I am an EMDR certified Trauma, Addictions, Codependency (including Caretakers) Specialist to help you heal and learn from the past, helping those and their affected in recovery; to repair connection, and communication; plus treat grief, anxiety and depression. I help to bring out one's inner strengths as solutions, and offer new answers that may fit.
I am an overcomer, recovering from the Camp Fire, addictions, codependency, divorce & cancer. Been there done that. You either take control of your life or it takes control of you!
