I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist who has worked in the field of social services/ mental health for 30+ years. I serve individuals, children/teenagers or families to help them get along better with themselves & other people. I help to bring out one's inner strengths & resources as solutions, as well as offer new answers that may fit. Whether by Telehealth online counseling or in person, or by phone, I can help.
I have worked with those with alcoholism & other addictions, codependency, & recovery; trauma (PTSD) like the Camp Fire, parenting & behavioral challenges, domestic violence; abuse/neglect; divorce/ prevention; grief; anxiety/depression; stress management & other challenges.
