I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Arizona and Oregon who enjoys working with adults who have experienced shame, the pain of loss, nightmares, flashbacks, anxiety, feelings of numbness, depression, and addictive behaviors. I operate from a trauma-focused perspective and use EMDR, Flash Technique, DBT, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
