I have extensive training and experience working with culturally and socioeconomically diverse teens, adults, and elders. I enjoy facilitating therapy from a strengths based perspective addressing a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression and trauma, guilt and shame, loneliness and loss, communication, self-esteem/self worth, boundaries, and taking responsibility for one's own behaviors.

If you are feeling overwhelmed with life and experiencing fear, shame, stress, anxiety or depression, it may be difficult to reach out and ask for the help you want and deserve. Perhaps it seems that these feelings are so deeply painful nothing could possibly change them. Maybe you are wondering how or even if therapy will help. I want to reassure you that feeling doubtful is normal. Especially when life is feeling so hard.

I draw on my background in counseling psychology, meditation and somatics as I work with clients from all walks of life.

I work with clients ages 14 and up and specialize in working with Trans and Gender Expansive folx. Your journey is uniquely yours and my aim is to meet you where you are on your path as you navigate the twists and turns of life. It is a great honor to get to walk beside you as you find your way to new insights, explore the valleys and peaks, and gather wisdom along the way. This statement sums up one of the most important wishes that I have for my clients and supports the work that we will do together. It is my opinion that our beliefs about ourselves and the world are our most powerful tools for change (for good or ill) that we have.
