About
I work in a warm and collaborative way, creating a safe space for you to understand yourself better. I can help you to identify and remove obstacles blocking you from living a full and rewarding life. Our relationship is important to me, and together we can deepen your understanding of patterns that may be holding you back from creating and enjoying the connection that you long for. I have 10 years of experience helping people decrease anxiety and increase joy and connection with themselves and others. I support people through life transitions and I also work with couples.
I am passionate about supporting parents in the wonderful and challenging work of raising children. There are many dormant wounds in us that can become activated with the growth and development of our children. However, if we take time to examine patterns that are not serving us, raising children can become more joyful and connected.
My work is grounded in psychodynamic and Jungian theory, weaving in both mindfulness and somatic approaches. I have training in child development, neuropsychology, and attachment theory. I believe strongly in the inner wisdom within each of us and hold the work of psychological healing within a larger spiritual context.
