Therapy is about reclaiming those parts and finding our way home to who we truly are.
I have been trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR (for trauma), AEDP, and most recently, Compassionate Inquiry; I also have a strong orientation towards mindfulness. These are the primary tools I use when partnering with clients to heal their traumas, developmental wounds, addictions, and relationship injuries. My learning is ongoing.
I am a practicing Buddhist and yoga student who embraces all world views that promote kindness, health, and growth. I have been involved in men's wellness for many years and feel that I have something to offer both men and women in in the crucial task of gender healing. I have traveled a lot & I find a deep sense of replenishment in wild places of the world.
