I specialize in treating Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety Disorders (including Social Anxiety, Panic Attacks, Specific Phobias/Fears, and Generalized Anxiety/Worry, Hypochondriasis/Health Anxiety) and PTSD. I create a safe and caring environment where you'll supported and encouraged.
I use evidence based practices to treat anxiety and depression. Many times our mental health negatively impacts our health, social life, work and relationships.
