My clients have felt misunderstood for much of their lives and struggle with expressing themselves in a healthy way. I love helping kids, teens and young adults find confidence in how they show up in the world. Together, I help my clients express themselves without judgment and learn new coping skills.

I specialize in EMDR and play therapy, approaches that often allow for healing in a more playful and approachable way than traditional talk therapy. Plus, my therapy dog, Linus, loves making everyone feel comfortable!
