Finding a therapist that fits you and your needs is hard to find. That is why I aim to create a compassionate, collaborative, and trusting atmosphere. My goal is to explore your feelings, treat root issues, and discover your strengths to apply them toward healing and growth. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship issues, self-esteem, or simply need help decreasing stress, you do not have to do it alone. I would love to help you resolve your problems, enhance your life, and lead you toward the peace, joy, and hope that God has planned for you.

I believe the best way to approach recovery is by exploring and treating all aspects of a person: emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Brain Spotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Training (CPT), and Christian based principles where desired.

I enjoy working with ages 18 and up. I am experienced in working with PTSD, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, career issues, relationship issues, relaxation training, and self-esteem. I would love to walk with you on your path towards healing.
