I offer individual, couples, and family counseling. For couples therapy, I utilize Emotionally Focussed Therapy, which is backed by over 20 years of research on attachment relationship patterns. Research shows that approximately 90% of couples show significant improvements.

I believe that the therapy process is rooted in rapport, transparency, and hard work between the therapist and client. My approach is direct, honest, and straightforward. I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment free space for clients to unload and discuss their most intimate life concerns. I enjoy working with other professionals (teachers, healthcare workers) experiencing burnout; who are wanting to learn skills in order to create work/life balance, manage stress levels, and cultivate happy/healthy relationships. This might involve learning to say "no" with boundary implementation and assertive communication.

I help clients reach their goals using a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. I see individuals (age 5 and up) as well as couples and families. Conditions I treat include depression, anxiety, addictions, anger, stress, grief, trauma, ADHD, parenting skills, and marital and family conflicts.
