We have seven therapists who work here at The Ringer Outpatient Mental Health Center and I will be glad to meet with and together decide which therapist you might best work with or you may schedule with them by using our website ringercenter.com.Give yourself the best chance of finding someone who is right for you. The initial session is an evaluation of where you are in your life and what is happening that brought you to us. Our methods are many, depending on you and your needs. There are four of us in recovery but all of our staff are familiar with mental/emotional disorders.
The Ringer Mental Health Center opened in 1996. We accept all major insurances. We have the best clinicians in Greensboro just look at our reports. We also have a staff psychiatrist for medication management if needed. We are close to downtown Greensboro. We personally answer the phone now and later.

Groups
S.A. Intensive Outpatient Program
Meets 3 days a week, morning and night sessions to provide a more intensive level of treatment for alcoholism/addiction. These groups help those coming out of Inpatient treatment or those who simply cannot go away for a month, but need more close monitoring and support to help them get clean and sober. We also offer ambulatory detox for alcohol, benzodiazapines and opiates so our clients can slowly detox off their drug of choice while still staying at home and working.

Intensive Outpatient Program Evening
This is the same as the other IOP but meets in the evenings. There is a couples/family session on Tuesday evenings from 6:30pm to 9pm for any and all significant others to attend. There is no added fee for this very important session.
