My life experience includes years of committed motherhood, care givers for 34 years to a brother who has intellectual disabilities. I treat two groups of clients: One is very high functioning - the highly successful professional who wants to improve personal strengths, interpersonal interactions, relationships, and intimacy. The second set are those who have been struggling with a diagnosable mental or physical illness that has not been effectively managed.
