I’m a Clinical Director and entrepreneur with a specific set of skills designed to help you get real results. I can be serious and a complete goofball! My sessions are active, structured, and goal-focused. I believe therapy should move you forward, not just revisit the past week. Together, we’ll identify what you want to change, create a clear plan, and work intentionally toward your goals, so every session feels purposeful and productive. I don't just sit and nod and take notes. I provide I offer a dynamic and solutions focused, interactive approach and offer reflective homework between sessions for continued growth.
I focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I take a holistic "bottom-up" approach to therapy, meaning we don't just talk about change, we create it by working with your body's responses, your core beliefs and the deeper emotional layers that drive behaviors. I use EMDR, DBT, CBT, IFS and Motivational Interviewing.
