Hello and welcome to the beginning of your journey to better self-awareness, growth, and healing! My name is January Hartze, and my team and I are trained in several treatment modalities which allows us to blend elements from different theories and interventions to customize our approach based on your needs and goals. We use EMDR Therapy, DBT, and CBT among many other therapy modalities to address issues and difficulties that prevent a person from reaching their potential.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, and we have a diverse team of clinicians to serve you. Our Specialties include depression, anxiety disorders, phobias, obsessions and compulsions, interpersonal problems, emotional concerns, trauma, self-esteem, LGBTQ+, psychosis, self-harm and suicidal ideation.
It is important to counsel the whole person: mind, body, and spirit in a trusting and nonjudgmental environment, and the therapeutic relationship is an integral part of the healing process.
