With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing profound transformations in the lives of my clients. I use an intuitive approach to therapy, and focus on what is needed by each individual. With a strong foundation in Trauma Work, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Relationship Counseling (EFT), I am equipped to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each person. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, and couples. I also have a background in Expressive Art Therapy, Music, Nutrition, Integrative Mental Health and Spirituality. I incorporate these in therapy when appropriate.

I have worked both inside and outside the hospital setting. I now work with individual clients and couples ages 13 to 100. I use EMDR to heal traumas, and create a different narrative free of trauma triggers. I also use CBT to reframe negative past beliefs, and DBT to learn tools for your emotional toolbox. I help couples heal trauma, and use an EFT model.

As a fellow traveler on the winding road of life, I understand that sometimes the journey can feel overwhelming. I believe life is about overcoming, and finding healing along the way. I’m here to offer you a safe space where you can heal, grow, and discover your inner strength. I also use a spiritual approach if appropriate, but am respectful of all beliefs.
