Life is complex with pain, grief, struggles, and victories. My personal experience with healing is what led me on my journey to wanting to become a counselor. I’ve experienced what it’s like to feel connected, seen, understood and how that greatly helped me to find new meaning in life. Connection drives healing because we are not meant to walk through our pain alone. I believe your life has meaning and I am committed to helping you uncover your purpose in life.
I approach counseling from a holistic perspective, seeking to help clients understand how mind, body, and spiritual aspects play into their view of self and life. I integrate person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and dialectical behavior therapies to help provide individualized treatment for clients.
I use a variety of modalities to tailor the needs of the client including but not limited to attachment therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic therapy. I consider it a privilege to work with clients and walk alongside them in their healing journey.
