Are you experiencing a lot of stress and anxiety? Would you like more fulfilling relationships? Do you have trouble managing your feelings? I can help you with those challenges. My style is supportive and interactive, and I use a wide variety of cognitive, interpersonal, and psychodynamic techniques with clients. In addition to the usual therapy issues, if you have used or are considering using assisted conception (IVF, donor egg, donor sperm, etc.) to build your family, I have a great deal of expertise with this and can help you to sort out any related questions, parenting concerns, and challenges you may have about them.
I have over 30 years of experience in helping people who want to feel less stressed and have better family and personal relationships. I’ll help you with communication and problem-solving, and teach you techniques to manage your feelings, tailoring them to address your particular needs.
Since every client is unique, in our initial meeting we will discuss what you'd like to work on and what kind of therapist you are looking for. I work differently with each person, and generally I am supportive and interactive. I look forward to hearing from you! Note: I am not accepting insurance at this time.
