The relationship with self is one of the most important relationships we have in life, as it has a profound impact on how we show up in every other relationship. Disruption to our relationship with self happens through a variety of avenues, such as: attachment issues, developmental trauma, life transitions, grief and loss, etc. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, relational and family of origin issues, self-worth, coping, grief, spiritual needs, LGBTQ+, attachment, and many more. Together, we will work towards acceptance of self. Cultivating a stronger relationship with self to help you achieve your goals and truly thrive.
I incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, solution focused therapy, person-centered, motivational interviewing, behavioral therapies, and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients reach their goals. I will also support you as crises arise in life as well.
I have over 12 years experience working in the social work field with people of all ages and all racial backgrounds.
