I have experience working with adults, children, and families, in-home & outpatient settings. Approaches & techniques which may be incorporated into sessions include those found in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, & Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), relaxation techniques, and play therapy techniques. As one of a limited number of providers in Northwest Arkansas with training in Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), I assist sufferers of trauma, abuse, neglect, and many other distressing experiences improve functioning and healing relationships.

My counseling approach focuses on rebuilding individuals and their families through self-discovery, inspiration, and self-actualization. This is achieved by using an integrated perspective, which focus on the mind, body and soul of each client. The purpose is to help clients that have paused on their journey due to life circumstances; seek true identity, learn tools for success, motivate, inspire hope, and embrace the process of self-improvement.

I'm a Pediatrician by training, who has spent the last decade helping children and their families with behavioral health issues (ADHD, anxiety, depression, etc). I take pride in developing a comfortable working relationship with my patients and their parents, which increases the probability of reaching our goals as fast as possible during their crucial developmental years. As a parent myself, I appreciate straight answers and easy to understand explanations. I was trained in hypnotism at Southern Institute of Hypnosis, licensed by the State of Arkansas; Mottin and Johnson Institute of Hypnosis. I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists as a Certified Hypnosis Instructor. I have a B.S. in psychology, an M.R.C. in counseling, and an Ed. S. in counseling and psychometric testing. I am a Certified Member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. The National Guild of Hypnotists is the oldest and largest hypnotism organization in the world. Its certification is the most widely recognized credential for the professional practice of the hypnotic arts.

"Be gentle with yourself." I am a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, a trained therapist (LCSW), and a hypnotherapist focused on past life soul regression and shadow and dream work. I am specialized in mindfulness providing individual therapy to help individuals in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and gender issues. I have 28 years of experience in the mental health field.
