Love and Connection in life should not be confusing. But there is always a risk when it comes to getting those two critical human relational needs. Many times relationships feel like a dance, and feeling lost with no road map. It can often turn into division or discomfort, but does it always have to be that way? Emotionally Focused Therapy is a proven, evidence-based method that enhances couples' ability to gain Love and Connection through safety and security. And I would love to be that resource, coach, advocate to help partners sustain longevity in their relationship without leading to isolation or further hurt.
Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy is a Model I was trained in to help couples hold onto each other through life's many ups and downs. Figuring out your own emotional needs and your partner's needs without getting lost is what I want to help you both as you fall in love with each other and find that long-lasting connection again and again!
