My practice is quite diverse. I work with a multitude of issues that invariably all seem to connect somehow. Treatment approaches vary as people are very diverse and different. Frequently I do tend to use Cognitive Behavioral therapy and emotion focused therapy. While focusing on an individuals core strengths. I also address those problems that are interfering with their ability to be the best they can be.

Hello and welcome. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor working under Supervision at Better Days Behavioral Health in Chandler with extensive experience in both public agencies and private practice. I provide general mental health counseling for teens and adults with a specialization in treating Substance Use Disorders (SUDs). I offer in-person sessions at our office in Chandler and via telehealth, if desired.

I specialize in all mood, behavioral, an addictive disorders. I also have extensive training and education in treating complex trauma especially active duty military and veterans with PTSD. I utilize EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for trauma. I believe in making my clients comfortable with the therapeutic process. I do interventions for substance use and mental health issues.
