Two major areas of focus are Fidelity Issues for Couples (including but not limited to Sex Addiction) and Intensive Therapy Programs for Individuals and Couples. See my website for details (www.scottsdalecounseling.net).
I run two Men's Groups each week, addressing Fidelity, Addiction and Anger Issues. I typically see Spouses for Coaching and do extensive Couple Therapy in the Restoration process.
Intensive Therapy Programs are typically eight days in length, with the individual or couple seeing me several hours daily.
I am an EFT-trained couples' therapist and am Co-Author of the book: Lonely All the Time.
I have extensive experience working with individuals and couples in Intensive Treatment programs: a "bolus" of intervention designed to provide immediate pain relief and solve immediate presenting issues as well as establish the treatment plan. Follow-up is expected.
My faith is very important to me. I actively incorporate each person's faith into the recovery process. I enjoy working with people of varied faiths, cultures and backgrounds.

Sexual Addiction/Infidelity Group
This group is available for men who identify that they have crossed appropriate sexual/emotional boundaries in their relationships, violating and betraying their loved ones. The group provides a non-shaming, caring environment for recovery for those wanting to restore their personal integrity and rebuild their spouses' trust- thus forming a basis for saving their marriages and their families from further pain and possible dissolution. It is important to identify what we are medicating in order to reduce our vulnerablility to it. At the same time, common-sense and caring confrontation reduce likelihood of a slip.
