Counseling is a wonderful step toward desired change, and it can also be a bit daunting at first. That's why I take time to form the therapeutic relationship at a pace that is comfortable for you. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other various presenting problems. I am especially passionate about helping clients with relationship issues. We often engage in patterns that leave us feeling isolated or frustrated in our relationships. Learning new ways to tune into ourselves and our partner can help ease feelings of distress and improve connectedness.

I have spent the better part of the last 20 years working with individuals and families to improve mental, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. My belief in peoples potential for greatness has stretched from elementary schools to universities, homes to hospitals, and places of worship to detention facilities.

I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families. It is my firm belief that individuals are best served when their family environment/system is functioning optimally. It is my goal to help those I serve achieve a deep sense of hope, purpose, and positive self-regard so they can live their best lives possible as they desire. During this challenging time in our community, I offer safe, secure telehealth (video) sessions to help you feel as comfortable as possible while attending to your mental health needs.

Sometimes life offers experiences which are difficult to walk through and often these times feel quite lonely or confusing. Whether it be feelings of sadness, anxiety, fear, anger, exhaustion, or loneliness; I would like to join you on this walk we call life to help you navigate your path. I believe in relationship with the people we are surrounded by on a daily basis and will strive to assist you in creating relationships that support you on your daily life walk.
