As a therapist for 23 years, I have worked with many people on a variety of different issues including, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, an early or recent history of trauma, relationship issues, and others. My approach focuses on establishing a safe and peaceful place for clients to process through past or present issues. And then, work with clients to develop and implement individualized treatment, which usually includes healthy coping methods for stress, anxiety and mood management, using relaxation, meditation, stress-management, and if therapeutically necessary, EMDR.
