My mission is to provide clients with clear guidance, compassionate encouragement, and sound accountability so that they may organically evolve into their ideal self. I utilize a variety of efficacious treatment approaches in constructing a tailored journey towards balance, health, and success. I possess a high-energy, yet compassionate, therapeutic approach to promote each person's desired level of success. I especially enjoy working with other mental health and health care professionals to enable them to perform their jobs more effectively.
I'm an EMDR certified clinician, consultant, and trainer with over 18 years of experience. I also employ ego state therapy (e.g., IFS, TA, DNMS), CBT, mindfulness, and sand tray therapy to alleviate avoidance and troublesome symptoms in order to assist clients in creating health.
I work closely with many area physicians, psychiatrists, spiritual leaders, and other wellness professionals to provide you with a well-rounded approach to your success plan. I understand that it is important for you to reach your goals as expeditiously and prudently as possible. Tele-counseling is also available for select clients.

I provide intensive, holistic treatment for those seeking to address chronic issues that stem from past trauma. These intensives can be scheduled for 1-3 days in length and include EMDR Therapy, yoga, meditation, acupuncture, equine therapy, etc. Participants must be vetted in advance to ensure that this approach would be appropriate and beneficial for them! Developed to assist individuals exiting IOP or who need more than weekly individual therapy to assist in affect regulation, maintaining sobriety, or reducing depressive and anxiety symptoms. This group focuses on psychoeducation on trauma, attachment style, and the neurobiological basis of psychological stressors. It meets 2x's per week for a period of one (1) calendar month. Starts the first Monday of each month. See website for details and registration.
