Addictions, co-dependence, anxiety, depression, anger, poor self-image, lack of assertiveness, lack of closeness in relationships, and struggles with getting past major life traumas are many of the issues we focus on in sessions.
I have extensive experience in addictions, trauma, adolescent therapy, and relationship issues. I have practiced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) since 2009.
